Small businesses. Real work. A practical next step.

What keeps landing
back on your desk?

The follow-up you meant to send. The appointment to confirm. The details you keep typing twice.

I'm Mike Matthews. I build practical automation for small businesses, starting with how your work actually gets done.

Book 15 minutes with Mike

Bring one repetitive task. Leave with a clearer next step.

Want to hear an example first?

A useful first conversation

One task. Three questions.

01

What happens today?

Walk through the task, who handles it, and the tools involved.

02

Where does it get stuck?

Find the waiting, duplicate entry, or step that depends on memory.

03

What is worth changing?

Discuss fit and the next step. Any build gets an agreed scope and price.

Hear something we built

Hank answers.
You hear the difference.

Hank is our AI phone receptionist. This short demonstration shows part of a staged call and a reformatted test notification.

Recorded demonstration using our own system, with edited audio, on-screen captions and illustrative stock footage.

Call and try Hank

Try a simple workflow example

Give each inquiry
a visible next step.

Choose an example, then step through it. This interactive illustration uses fictional information. It does not send messages, book appointments or connect to your software.

Fictional example

A new inquiry arrives

A customer asks for information. The request is waiting for someone to pick it up.

  1. Capture request
  2. Assign owner
  3. Set next action

Step 1 of 3. The inquiry has a place to land.

A real implementation depends on your tools, customer permissions and agreed rules for exceptions.

A starting point for your business

Bring the task.
You don't need the software answer.

Follow-up

An inquiry, quote or customer question waits because everyone is busy.

Scheduling

Bookings, reminders or changes need the same manual attention each time.

Everyday admin

Customer details move between inboxes, spreadsheets and other tools.

Explore working examples from our own systems, then discuss what would fit yours.

Before you book

A few straight answers.

What happens in 15 minutes?

Bring one task, the tools you use and where the work gets stuck. We talk through the current steps, whether automation is a useful fit, and a sensible next step. This is an introductory conversation, not a custom build.

What does a project cost?

The price depends on the workflow, the tools and the level of support. Mike agrees the scope and quote with you before work starts. Software subscriptions, usage charges and ongoing support are made explicit.

Will I need new software?

We check what your existing tools can do first. A connection depends on supported integrations, access and permissions. Sometimes a simpler process is the better answer.

How long does setup take?

Timing comes from the agreed scope, access and testing. We start with one bounded workflow and agree how to check that it works before launch.

Can I still reach a person?

Yes. Mike is your project contact. Hank is the AI receptionist on our public phone line. Tell him you want to discuss a workflow with Mike, or choose a time directly on the booking calendar.

Who owns the accounts and handles support?

Account ownership, access, handover, support coverage and third-party costs are settled in the written scope. We explain what you can change yourself and what happens if something needs attention.

Start with the part that keeps repeating
