No email signup. Open the workflow file on GitHub and use Download raw file to save it, then import it into n8n. Read the setup instructions before activating it.
How it works
- Supply the booking time and customer details.
- Calculate reminder times before waiting.
- Skip reminders that would arrive too late to be useful.
What you'll need
n8n, Twilio, appointment details from your booking process, and the correct time zone.
The template is free to download. Hosting, phone service, and message usage are separate. Connect your own accounts and follow the repository's setup instructions.
What was tested
The standalone build notes explain moving overnight reminders earlier. Full multi-day waits were not run end to end.

The standalone template calculates its own send times. It is separate from the connected lead-response system; use the standalone setup instructions.
Try it with your own test details first. For customer messages, use contacts who have agreed to receive them and check your opt-out handling before activation.
