For home-service shop owners

Every call answered. Every customer followed up.

Hank answers the calls you can’t get to and books them. Then the texts run on their own: website leads answered in seconds, estimates followed up, a reminder before every visit, a review ask after the job, invoices nudged until they’re paid, and a morning text with who is waiting on you. Set up and run by me.

Founding rate: $750 to get started, $497/month after.

Complete build + your first month of live service. Then $497/month, up to 300 calls, 75¢ per call over. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. Founding rate for the first 5 shops, held for 12 months. Regular price: $1,500 to get started, then $997 a month. Everything on this page is included at both prices. Pays for itself in 90 days, or every dollar back.

15 minutes on the phone. Nothing to prepare.

A call you can’t get to

    Hank answers and books it.

    • Answers day or night, gets their name, address and what’s wrong.
    • Books it on your Google Calendar when your calendar is connected.
    • Texts you a summary of the call.

    Text your customer gets

You’re booked for Thursday at 10 AM. We’ll see you then about the water heater is leaking.

    Example wording

  2. 02

    A lead from your website

    Answered in seconds.

    • They get a text back within seconds.
    • You get a text with who it is, then your phone rings. Press one and you’re talking.
    • No reply? They hear from you again at ten minutes, about an hour later and the next morning.

    Text your customer gets

Thanks for reaching out! This is the shop. What’s going on, and what’s the best time to come take a look?

    Example wording

  3. 03

    After you send a estimate

    Followed up until they answer.

    • Follow-ups go out on the schedule you pick.
    • The moment they reply, the follow-ups stop and the reply comes to you.

    Text your customer gets

Just checking in on the estimate we sent over. Any questions I can answer?

    Example wording

  4. 04

    Before the visit

A reminder, never at 6 AM.

    • Your customer gets a reminder before the visit.
    • Nothing goes out during quiet hours. A reminder that would land too early moves to the evening before.

    Text your customer gets

Reminder: your visit is tomorrow between 8 and 10 AM. Reply here if you need to move it.

    Example wording

  5. 05

    When the job is done

A review ask, the fair way.

    • Asks how the job went and sends your Google review link to everyone.
    • A low score also texts you right away, so you can call them and make it right.

    Text your customer gets

Thanks for having us out! How did we do, 1 to 5? If you have a minute, a Google review helps a small shop a lot.

    Example wording

  6. 06

    After the invoice goes out

    Nudged until it’s paid.

    • Reminders with the link to pay, on the due date and after.
    • They stop the moment it’s paid, and the customer gets a short receipt.

    Text your customer gets

Friendly reminder: your invoice is due today. You can pay here any time. Thank you!

    Example wording

  7. 07

    Every morning at 7

One text with who’s waiting on you.

    • What came in, what went out, and who is still waiting for a person.

    Text to you

Good morning. 3 new leads, 2 quotes still open, 1 customer waiting on you: Dana, about the Friday visit.

    Example wording

At every step

Any reply stops the texts and comes straight to you.

Also handled

Opt-outs (STOP) are honored automatically, quiet hours are respected, and if any part of it breaks, it alerts me, so you’re not the one who has to notice.

01 · How it’s priced

One offer. Everything on this page.

  • Founding rate for the first 5 shops: $750 covers building it for your shop and your whole first month of live service, then $497 a month for 12 months.
  • Regular price: $1,500 to get started, then $997 a month. After 12 months the founding rate moves to it, with 60 days’ written notice.
  • Up to 300 answered calls a month, 75¢ a call over. The texting side, the website and everything else on this page are included at both prices.
  • Setup includes registering your business for texting with the phone carriers, connecting your calendar, and writing every message with you. Nothing goes to a customer until you’ve approved the wording.
  • Keep your phone number. Every reply to any of these texts stops the follow-ups and comes straight to you.
  • I don’t sell these tools one at a time. Each one is another way to fix how your shop runs, so every client gets all of them, and the guarantee holds me to the result.
  • Month-to-month. Cancel anytime.

02 · The guarantee

Pays for itself in 90 days, or every dollar back.

If the work it books and helps close in your first 90 days adds up to less than you paid, you get back every dollar you paid.

What counts: jobs booked from calls Hank answered, website leads who booked after the text back, and estimates that closed after a follow-up text, each at the amount on your invoice.

It applies when

  • Your average job is $250 or more.
  • You get about 40 or more inbound calls a month.
  • You forward unanswered calls to Hank within the first week.
  • You keep your calendar connected and log estimates and invoices with the phone form.
  • You call back the leads Hank hands you the same day.

03 · Who it’s for

It fits if

  • You run a home-service shop and the phone rings while your hands are full.
  • Your average job is $250 or more.
  • You get about 40 or more calls a month, and estimates and invoices that need chasing.

It doesn’t fit if

  • A full-time office team already answers every call and chases every estimate.
  • You need a two-way connection to ServiceTitan or Jobber on day one. That isn’t built yet.
  • You want software to set up and run yourself. This is set up and run for you.

05 · Questions owners ask

Straight answers.

Is it the same for every trade?
Yes. Same system, same price. Hank and the wording are set up for your shop and your trade.
Do I need new software?
No. Logging a quote, a visit, a finished job or an invoice is a short form on your phone, and that starts the texts. If you use Jobber or something like it, tell me on the call.
Is it AI?
Hank, the receptionist, is AI. The texts and follow-ups are messages you approve, sent on a schedule.
What if a customer replies?
Any reply stops the follow-ups for that customer and comes straight to you. A person takes it from there.
Who runs it?
I do. You deal with me directly, start to finish.
What if it doesn’t pay for itself?
If the work it books and helps close in your first 90 days adds up to less than you paid, you get back every dollar you paid. The full terms, including who qualifies, are on the guarantee page.
What happens after the founding spots are gone?
New shops pay the regular price, $1,500 to get started and $997 a month, for the same offer. Founding shops keep their rate for 12 months.
